Afghan Diplomat's Daughter Was Not Kidnapped, Allegation Is Part Of Media War Says Sheikh Rasheed

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed has said that the Afghan diplomat's daughter was not kidnapped and it allegation was part of the media war.

Talking to the media on Thursday, he said that Pakistan should not be blamed for her kidnap. "If the same attitude was adopted, we have footages and no one should complain about it then," he added.

The minister said that the PDM meeting was just a congregation to praise each other. "The opposition will weep in the next elections as well if they do not accept the electronic voting machine," he maintained.

He said that PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif should come to Pakistan and speak truth to the nation.

Sheikh Rasheed said that India and NDS had waged a media war against Pakistan. He said that they had received the forensic report of Noor Mukadam and the accused's DNA had matched.
