Army troops assist civil administration in relief efforts in Gwadar & Turbat Says ISPR

RAWALPINDI Army troops assisted civil administration in rescue and relief efforts, including dewatering of various areas and shifting stranded people to safer places, during heavy rain in coastal areas of Balochistan.

According to a press release issued by the ISPR, the heavy rain had caused flooding in low-lying areas of Gwadar and Turbat. Stagnant water accumulated posing extreme problems for the local population and tourists in these areas.

The Army troops provided food and shelter along with Coastal Highway, Pasni, Surbandar, Nigore, and Jiwani areas.
