ISLAMABAD: Attorney General Ashtar Ausaf tendered his resignation on Wednesday, citing his poor health.

According to sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed the attorney general to continue working until the new appointment.

Ashtar Ausaf had excused to continue his work due to his bad health.
