CEC takes notice of electoral code of conduct violations in by-polls

ISLAMABAD: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja on Friday has taken notice of violations of the electoral code of conduct in by-polls.

The CEC has ordered the provincial election commissioners in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) to launch indiscriminate action against the violators.

He has also directed the concerned authorities to ensure free, fair, and impartial elections in their constituencies.
