ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Bajwa paid farewell calls on President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday.

During the meeting, President Arif Alvi lauded the services of the outgoing COAS and expressed good wishes for him.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif hosted a luncheon in honor of the retiring COAS Qamar Bajwa.

The impressive ceremony of the change of command of the Pak Army will be held on Tuesday. COAS Gen Asif Munir will assume the command of the Pak Army.
