Coronavirus recedes fast as Pakistan reports only 27 deaths, 991 cases

According to National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), around 991 cases of coronavirus were reported while 27 people succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 21,940.
 
The total number of confirmed cases reached to 947,218.

As many as 889,787 patients have recovered from the disease with 2,296 critical cases.

Punjab                                                                                         

The number of patients swelled to 344,094 in the province with 10,615 causalities.

Sindh

The number of infections has surged to 331,094 in the province, while the death toll has reached 5,314.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The confirmed cases have surged to 136,819 in the province with 4,257 casualties.

Balochistan

There are 26,529 confirmed cases while 300 patients have died from the infection so far.

AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan

There are 19,893 coronavirus cases in the AJK while the death toll has reached 571. On the other hand, there are 5,771 cases in GB with 108 coronavirus deaths.

Islamabad

There are 82,313 cases in the capital city while 775 people have lost their lives.
