Ehsan Mani to head ICC financial affairs committee

Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board, Ehsan Mani has been appointed as the chairperson of ICC’s Financial and Commercial Affairs Committee (F&CA), which is one of the key committees of the cricketing body.
ICC chairman Shashank Manohar made the appointment last week, the committee assists the organization in discharging its responsibilities in relation to all financial and commercial matters relating to and concerning it.
Mani is grateful to the ICC chairman for keeping faith in him and is looking forward to work with his team.
“I am grateful to the ICC chairman for the confidence he has reposed in me and look forward to working with Manu Sawhney and his team,” he said.
It is the second time Mani is holding this key position, he was also the first chairperson of the committee back in 1996 and held the post till 2002. During his tenure, ICC also managed to sign its first commercial deal worth $550 million.
Other than the PCB Chairman, the committee also includes Indra Nooyi, Amitabh Choudhary, Chris Nenzani, Imran Khawaja, Earl Eddings, and Colin Graves. Whereas, Manohar and Manu Sawhney will also be a part of the unit as the ex-officio members. For more latest news Pakistan, visit 9newshd.tv
