If Sharif and Zardari are not corrupt then Pakistan is a corruption free country Says Fawad

Islamabad: Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Fawad Chaudhry has said that if former premier Nawaz Sharif and former president Asif Zardari are not corrupt, then Pakistan is a corruption-free country.

Taking to Twitter, Fawad wrote that the public expects the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to wrap up cases against former rulers.

“It is disappointing to see these accused being given opportunities to stage theatre every day,” he said referring to the statements of Nawaz Sharif and Zardari.

The federal minister further stated there is no point in an anti-corruption watchdog if these accused are not penalized.
