IHC To Hear Appeals Of Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz & Muhammad Safdar Today

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear the appeals of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Muhammad Safdar on Tuesday.
Maryam Nawaz has reached Islamabad for the hearing.
According to the cause list issued by the IHC Registrar Office, the appeals will be heard in the Al-Azizia, Avenfield and Flagship references. A two-member bench comprising of Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar will hear the appeals.

Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz and Muhammad Safdar have filed petitions against their conviction in the Avenfield reference.
On the other hand, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has filed petitions to enhance punishment in the Avenfield and Al-Azizia references, while their acquittal in the Flagship reference.
