Inam Butt off to a winning start at Rio de Janeiro Beach Wrestling World Series

KARACHI: Wrestler Inam Butt is off to a victorious start in Rio de Janeiro Beach Wrestling World Series after overpowering Turkey’s Murat Ozkan in the first round.

According to results Inam — one of Pakistan’s most celebrated wrestlers — overpowered Ozkan by VFA 3-0.

In the second round of the 90kg completion, Inam proved himself too strong for Azerbaijan’s Kanan Aliyev and went on to win the bout 1-0 on VPO.
