Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed briefs PM Imran Khan about law and order situation

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed called on Prime Minister Imran Khan at PM Office on Thursday.

The minister briefed the prime minister about the law and order situation.

Talking to the media after the meeting, he said that the government will not disturb the opposition if they will protest within the ambit of the law. "Strict action will be taken against them if they tried to take the law into their hands," he maintained.

The minister said that the government will control the genie of inflation under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan. "The meaning of expelling the French ambassador is to move out of the European Union," he added.
