Jordan joint chief of staff chairman Naval Chief discuss regional security

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Jordan Armed Forces, Maj Gen Yousef Ahmed Al Hnaity called on Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi at Naval Headquarters.

According to the spokesperson of the Pakistan Navy, Maj Gen Yousef Ahmed Al Hnaity was presented Guard of Honor and laid a floral wreath at the Shuhada monument. Subsequently, he was introduced to Principal Staff Officers.

During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, bilateral collaboration and regional security were discussed. The visiting dignitary appreciated and acknowledged Pakistan Navy’s efforts and commitments in support of collaborative maritime security in the region

Earlier on Wednesday, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Hnaity, called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS).

COAS said that Pakistan values its brotherly relations with Jordan and Pakistan Army looks forward for enhanced defense and security cooperation with Jordan Armed Forces.

The visiting dignitary appreciated the professionalism of the Pakistan Army and its continuous efforts for regional peace and stability.
