Opposition won't bring no-confidence motion against CM Buzdar, predicts Sheikh Rashid

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed Tuesday predicted that the opposition will not bring a no-confidence motion against Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar while reiterating that Prime Minister Imran Khan is standing with the CM.

Sheikh Rashid talked to the media in Islamabad and said Imran Khan will complete his tenure of five years as the opposition’s alliance of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) is not capable of doing anything against the incumbent regime.

The interior minister said a reshuffle of portfolios will be revealed on Thursday after the cabinet meeting. He also spoke on the Kashmir issue and stressed that the valley is Pakistan’s jugular vein.
