ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that Pakistan wants to further enhance its relations with Russia.

He expressed these views in a letter written to his Russian Counterpart, Vladimir Kolokoltsev thanking him for his felicitation message and good wishes to him.

Earlier, in a special letter via the Russian embassy, the Russian Interior Minister congratulated Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on assuming office as Interior Minister of Pakistan.
