ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has always attacked the state institutions.
Addressing a meeting of the government leaders on Monday, he said that the political mafia could go to any extent to avoid the cases.
"The PML-N has a history with regard to affecting the courts," he added.
The meeting also discussed the affidavit by the former chief justice of Gilgit Baltistan.

Adviser to the Prime Minister on Accountability Shehzad Akbar and Barrister Ali Zafar briefed the prime minister about the legal points over the issue.
They said that apparently, it seems that the PML-N is behind this plan. "The objective of the affidavit is to make the cases against PML-N leaders controversial. It is a matter of contempt of court," they maintained.
