Taliban Announce Restoration Of Islamic Emirate Of Afghanistan

KABUL: The Taliban have announced the restoration of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Taliban Spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid tweeted the announcement and the new name on Thursday.

He said that they were making the announcement on 102nd birth anniversary of the freedom from the British rule. "We want good diplomatic and trade relations with all countries," he announced.

Zabihullah Mujahid denied the Indian claims of stopping the trade in Afghanistan. "We want good relations with all countries. We contacted several embassies. All embassies are satisfied with the cooperation of the security officials," he said. 

On the other hand, Suhail Shaheen has denounced the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). "There is no place for the banned TTP in Afghanistan," he declared.
