Three lawyers arrested in connection with IHC attack

ISLAMABAD: Police on late Wednesday night arrested three lawyers in connection with Islamabad High Court (IHC) attack.

The arrests were made during police raids in different areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi against lawyers nominated in the case of Islamabad High Court attack.

Sources said that the arrested lawyers include former Islamabad Bar president Malik Nadeem, Shoaib, and female lawyer Nazia. Police failed to arrest the current president and joint secretary Islamabad Bar due to resistance.
